Dr. Tab E. Thompson graduated with his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, after attending the University of Georgia on a Foundation Fellowship. He then completed a general surgical internship and a residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Thompson also received an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 2008.
